Due to the CAD- and CFM-supported design of our Audi RS6 4G investment casting exhaust manifolds and very complex 1.4849 stainless steel casting, even higher temperatures are no problem for the manifolds.

With these manifolds, the cross-section has been maximised and all cylinders have been brought together. The back pressure is significantly reduced, which in turn brings more power and lower exhaust gas temperature. Thanks to the flow-optimised design, power output above 1000 hp is also possible.
